Billing Settings

The Billing section allows you to manage your school's subscription with Parent Interviews. Here you can see what plan you're on, how often we'll bill you with the option to switch, and when your subscription is due to renew.

If your account is due to renew within two weeks, you'll also see the option to pay via credit card or direct deposit. 

Paying Via Credit Card

Paying using a credit card will immediately extend your school's subscription, ensuring no disruption to any active events. Your payment is processed securely via our payment processor Braintree. Parent Interviews does not store or directly handle your credit card information.

Paying Via Direct Deposit

If you are unable to pay via credit card, we also offer the ability to pay via direct deposit. This will take a few days to process, so please get in touch if you have any active events and we'll do our best to minimize any disruption.

Invoices can be sent on request for both credit card and direct deposits.
