Payment using Invoices
If your school requires an invoice, please contact our support team who'll issue you with an invoice to renew your account. We accept direct bank deposits as a payment method, or you can make a credit card payment from your account.
Cheques are not accepted unless you have already organized and confirmed the payment with us.
Parent Interviews will reactivate your account for a limited time in order for you to process the invoice and complete the payment. If you do not make payment within the allocated time, your account will be suspended.
If you require more time to make the payment, please get in touch and we can make an exemption on a case-by-case basis.
