Caregiver Booking Limit

The caregiver booking limit helps prevent caregivers booking large chunks of time slots for teachers, ensuring everyone gets a fair chance of seeing their teachers. With a booking limit, a caregiver can only book a certain number of time slots before being shown an error.

By default this booking limit takes into account the number of students the caregiver has added to their account. This is called a soft limit, where a parent can book (booking limit x number of students) time slots.

If you need to enforce a hard limit of the number of time slots a caregiver can book for a teacher, regardless of the number of students they have, then you can choose the hard limit.

This setting can be adjusted when editing an event.
