Cancelling an Event

If an issue arises with an event your school is running, you can easily cancel it. Navigate to the Events section and click on the name of the event you want to cancel. Click on the Cancel Event tab, and then click the red Cancel Event button.

When you cancel an event:

  • All interviews already booked will be cancelled.
  • All disabled time slots for all teachers relating to this event will be deleted.
  • You will not be able to access any statistics regarding this event.
  • You will not be able to access the details of parents who have signed up for this event.
  • Any scheduled reminders set up for this event will be cancelled.

You also have the option of emailing teachers added to the event and any parents who had already signed up about the cancellation.
