Reminders
Reminders are sent out to parents and teachers containing their timetables via email. For parents, they receive the interviews they've booked as an email, and teachers get their interviews as a PDF attachment in an email sent to their associated email account.
If you want to change the day reminders are sent out (such as a day or two before the actual interviews begin) you can do this from the Reminders tab when viewing an event.
You can have as many reminders as you need, but usually one before the first day of interviews is enough.
