About Events

An event in Parent Interviews represents a single parent-teacher conferencing event, which can be held over multiple days. Each event has its own set of teachers, allowing you to create separate events with certain teachers, like junior and senior events.

Parents can book their interviews for your event using the event code, which is a unique alphanumeric code that identifies the event. Parents will need this code to book their interviews. Parents are not shared between events, so a parent will go though the same process of adding their children for each event.

Your event has a wide range of customization options, such as 

• where the interviews will be held
• how long each interview is
• the dates parents can book
• the time blocks parents can book (e.g 3pm - 5:30pm, then 6:00pm - 8:30pm)
• how parents will be reminded of their interviews
• when parents can start booking their interviews, and when they can no longer book their interviews
