Audit Log

Parent Interviews tracks the actions that are performed by teachers and administrators, which can be searched by administrators to see what changes were made to your account, for example someone cancelling an interview or editing an event.

From the Settings section, use the Audit Log section to filter by an event type or a user account. You'll be shown a list of events, some of which will have additional data attached (such as the old value and the new value as part of a change)

You can also export these results to a CSV file for further analysis. Some events will contain additional information attached to them, such as the relevant event identifiers. This information is only visible when exporting log results to CSV.
