Resetting a Teacher's Password
If a teacher has forgotten their password, they can request a new one by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page. All they need to do is enter their email address, and we'll send them instructions on what to do next.
In cases where this might not be suitable, administrators can manually force an update of the teachers password.
- Navigate to the Teachers section.
- Click on the padlock icon next to the teacher's name.
- Confirm to send them a password reset request by email.
We'll send them an email with a link to reset their password. Their password is not changed until this process is completed and they've entered a new password.
If they don't receive the email with the password reset link:
- have them check their Junk or Spam folder and see if it's in there,
- check with your IT team to see if the email is being filtered,
- the teacher may have unsubscribed or opted-out of receiving emails from Parent Interviews, and you can contact our support team to confirm and provide more information.
