Teachers

Teachers are people who are able to be booked by parents for their interviews. For a person to appear on the parent booking website, you'll need to add them as a teacher.

Teachers can access Parent Interviews to check their timetable, cancel interviews, and set their breaks using their own password. When a teacher is created, they'll be sent an email to set their password.

A teacher doesn't necessarily have to represent an actual person. If your school is planning on hosting a special event, such as bookings for uniform fittings, you can create "teachers" that represent fitting rooms, and set up an event only containing those teachers.

Teachers do not have full access to create or manage events. Only administrators can perform those actions.
